The OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) is one of the most amazing recognitions of safety and health management systems in existence today. At PrevCom, we refer to OSHA VPP as the Super Bowl of safety and health accomplishments. For that reason, we are committed to helping organizations and their employees achieve this prestigious and world class recognition.

VPP Gap Analysis

The PrevCom process toward achievement of VPP begins with a VPP Gap Analysis using the OSHA VPP Questionnaire and our very own safety and health compliance review. The Gap Analysis also includes a comprehensive wall to wall safety and health inspection of facilities. When completed, our clients receive a road map provided by recommendations that identify what actions are required toward a state of VPP audit readiness.

Project Expediting - ConstructionPrevCom International currently offers project expediting services to organizations working large or small scale projects that demand purchased equipment and materials to arrive on time and/or ahead of schedule.

What is a Project Expeditor?

As a member of the project team, the expeditor performs assigned duties to ensure that the scope, cost and schedule for the project are achieved in the most effective manner that meets the expecations of our clients and their senior management.

Who is a Project Expeditor?

A qualified expeditor is skilled in researching and analyzing information related to vendors, contractors, equipment, supplies, production scheduling and shipping. They have knowledge of material usage, inventory control and planning techniques. This combined with the ability to maintain effective working relationships and a proven track record of success makes them a valuable resource to support expediting needs.

Help WantedFinding qualified professionals who work as independent contractors is difficult for any business, large or small.  PrevCom International serves as an agent for qualified professionals who desire the independence of self-employment but do not want to work as entrepreneurs or within a single business.

How We Work For You

As an agent, PrevCom seeks out contracts with businesses to provide opportunities for our team professionals allowing them to fully utilize their talents and abilities to serve our customers.  Currently, PrevCom has five independent contractors working full time on projects.  As projects close, these contractors will be placed at other client locations to provide services.
